Abstract

The importance of the European Union Justice Court (CJUE) is fundamental, possible lack of this institution would create confusion in the correct interpretation and application of Union Law. CJUE formulated principles and set out guidelines which both the Union institutions and the Member States had taken into account in order to remove and correct any existing gaps in Union law. In the present paper we propose to emphasize the Union competence of CJUE, but also the importance that its jurisprudence represents for the European Union states.
