Humanitarian action peace and warfare in UN resolutions

Abstract

Fundamental Treaty of global governance, the United Nations Charter governs in its the 19 chapters the main aspects of the organization and management of world affairs by establishing the functions and powers of its main organs in order to achieve the goals set out in art. 1 namely maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations, achieve international cooperation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural and humanitarian nature, and the intention to be a centre for harmonizing the actions to achieve these goals.
