Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer preferences for frozen broiler carcasses at the Maiwa Breeding Center (MBC) showroom. The study was carried out from March to April 2021. The study used a saturated sample technique. The population in this study was frozen broiler carcass consumers with a total of 24 consumers. The data analysis technique used a Likert scale and interval method. The results of the study on consumer preferences for frozen broiler carcasses at the Maiwa Breeding Center (MBC) showroom. The percentage index of the two variables studied were 88.33% carcass quality and 85.33% carcass weight. The two results of these variables are in the 80-100% interval which indicates that the research respondents show a very like response.
