Abstract

Smoked fish processing business is one of the efforts to increase financially from the sale of smoked fish through proper processing, so that the welfare of fish farmers can increase which is supported by the abundance of natural resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the finances of the management of smoked fish in Boneatiro, whether it is included in the criteria for business feasibility on a continuous basis. Analysis of the data used to identify business feasibility, among others, the amount of costs, revenues, revenue, Revenue Cost Ratio(R/C ratio), Break Even Point (BEP) products and prices. Smoked fish processing business in Boneatiro Village, Kapuntori District is profitable and feasible to run. The results of the financial feasibility analysis show that this salted fish drying business has a high profit value. In the future, profits can be further increased by increasing the number of products produced and selling directly to retailers without going through middlemen or collectors. The existence of a development plan that uses packaging techniques, in the form of plastic packaging, the value of the R/C Ratiobecomes 1.25 if the R/C Ratio> 1 then the salted fish drying business is said to be profitable
