Prioridades de I+D en el sistema agroalimentario andaluz. Especial referencia a su compeljo olivarero-oleicola

Abstract

Andalucia, desde los anos 80, intente dotarse de un sistema propio cualificado y apto para responder a los problemas y oportunidades tecnologicos de si importante complejo agroalimentario y el tejido rural con el relacionado. Cumplidas tres decades, los indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos con caracter general analizados en este trabajo, y para el sector olivarero-oeicola en particular, mas los datos de una encuesta Delphi con repuesta de 166 expertos, y los diagnosticos de 2 grupos de discusion revelan la necesidad de continuar incrementando los recursos (humanos, economicos, formaticos, infraestructuras, etc.) pero tambien hay que mejorar la cooperacion, interrelacion y gobernanza entre los agentes y actores (administraciones, especialistas, cientificos, consumidors, organizaciones sociales), de los distintos agroastistemas para dotarlos de ams y mejor masa critica, potencialidad y capacidad de respuesta. Lo resaltan los expertos, pero tambien yn premio Nobel de Economia (J>E> Stiglitz) quiem afirmo en 2010 que el desarrollo sostenible de su compleho agroalimentario constituye una prioridad y una oportunidad irrenunciable para Andalucia. Andalusia, from the 80's attempts to acquire a qualified and suitable system to respond to the technological problems of its important agrofood sectors and rural activities. Served three decades, based on a quanititative and qualitative indicators analyzed generally in this work, and particularly in the olive and oil sectors, and on data gathered from a Delphi survey preformed to 166 experts, and 2 focus groups, reveal the necessity to continue increasing the resources (human, economic, training, equipments, etc.). and to improve cooperation, and governance relationship between different actors (administrations, specialists, scientists, consumers, social organizations), in agrofood systems to provide them with more and better critical mass, potential and responsiveness. Experts highlighted in this study, as also stated in 2010 Novel laureate in economics (JE Stiglitz), the sustainable development of the agrofood complex i s a priority and an indispensable opportunity for Andalusia
