Abstract

The integrated production tries to unite aims so different as the protection of the environment and the profitability of the exploitation. Because of its evident public interest, the above mentioned method of agrarian production is object of an important administrative activity of promotion that, in Spain, has meant, on the one hand, the establishment of diverse signs destined to distinguish on the market the products derived from that method of production and, on the other hand, the grant of public helps to support and to promote this agrarian activity. In this work is not only offered a general description of the juridical regime applicable to this public activity of promotion, but some solutions are suggested also for the problems that in it appear.
