La nueva ley de la vina y del vino: lineas maestras y consecuencias para las actuales denominaciones de origen

Abstract

En este articulo se intentam en primer lugar, una sucinta aproximacion a lo que las directrices basicas de la Ley 24/2003, de 10 de julio, de la Vina y del Vino, que viene a sustituir a la onsoleta y derogada de facto desde hace mucho tiempo Ley 25/1970, de 2 de diciembre, del Estatuto de la Vina, del Vino y de los Alcoholes, y que trastoca profundamente el sistema tuitivo de la calidad de los vinos, vertebrado antes exclusivamente en torno a las Denominaciones de Origen. En segundo lugar, un comero analisis de las repercusiones que la nueva ley vitivinicola puedo tener sobre esas otras normas juridicas que son los reglamentos de las denominaciones de origen actualmente en vigor. Y, en tercer lugar, unos comentarios criticos de urgencia de la nueva disposicion legal...In this article we try, a concise approach to the basic guidelines of Law 24/2003, 10th of July, of Vineyard and Wine, that replace the obsolet and de facto derogated for a long time law 25/1970, 2nd december, of the Vineyard, Wine and Spirits Estatute, and that changes deeply the protection system of wine quality, before exclusively hold up around the Denominacion de Oriden. Secondly, a superficial analysis of the new Law repercussions on the other legal norm as at present in force D) regulations. Thirdly, a critical comments about the new Law.
