Abstract

The purpose of this paper is the rpresentation, in a farm appraisal contect, of regressionmodels based on norms against the traditional norm regression. To be implemented, we suggest the use of goal programming that allows to incorporate different kinds of constraints, and permits to eliminate specification errors in valuation models by including a prior information between price and exogenous variables relation.
