Modelos de política agraria: revisión bibliográfica de los aspectos metodológicos del enfoque multiatributo y media-varianza

Abstract

El presente trabajo, de carácter metodológico, introduce el uso de los modelos en el análisis de políticas agrarias. Comenzando por una descripción genérica del proceso de análisis de políticas públicas, se continúa con la definición y clasificación de los modelos para el análisis. Tras una descripción de las técnicas de programación matemática multicriterio, se explican las implicaciones teóricas de la utilización de las funciones de utilidad aditivas y su relación con el modelo tradicional de análisis media-varianza. Finalmente, se exponen algunas aplicaciones de funciones de utilidad y análisis media-varianza desarrolladas en estos últimos años en política agraria.......This paper focuses on the methodological use of models for policy analysis. It describes and classifies such a models and extends on mathematical programming models. Then, the theoretical implications of using the additive utility function for modelling the decision making process are explained, as well as its connection with the mean-variance analysis. Finally, some applied studies of policy analysis in recent years are presented.
