Abstract

In the european society of 20th century’s end, the agriculture hasn’t got the economic significance that it had in other centuries. Nowadays, these landscapes, results of manenvironment interaction, show a new worth that has to do with recreational use. Its sustenance, however, needs taking policies to maintain active this activity. These ones are linked to structural improvements, the quality produces or the environmental keeping and assessment. Nevertheless, these policies have some malfunctions, which have to be removed if we want they are successful. The aim of this study is to recognize the causes of these malfunctions and, recognized these ones, suggest the measures that it is necesary to take to reduce them.
