Abstract

La valoración de bienes de muy diversa naturaleza, de una forma objetiva y cercana a la realidad del mercado, tiene gran interés actualmente. El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en desarrollar una metodología que ayude a unificar criterios para la determinación del valor catastral de fincas rústicas y, por tanto, que permita su obtención a partir de la información recogida en distintos Servicios de la Administración. Este planteamiento se enmarca en la actual concepción del Catastro como base de un sistema de información del territorio. Para la aplicación práctica de esta investigación se ha elegido Navarra por el elevado desarrollo técnico catastral que presenta, siendo una región muy avanzada en estos aspectos observable a través de la abundancia y calidad de sus trabajos......Nowadays, it is very interesting to be able to obtain an objective valuation about possessions, whatever their origin, which is close to the market reality. The aim of this paper is to develop a methodology which unifies criteria in the determination of farmland value in the land registry, based on information from the Administration Services. The region chosen for the practical application of this research was Navarra, due to its high technical development in land registry, which is shown by the quality and quantity of studies produced.
