Institutional criteria of influence of Ukraine's modern agricultural formations on the level of rural areas development

The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of the institutional criteria for the impact of modern agricultural forms of Ukraine on the level of development of rural areas, able to function effectively in the new conditions. Research methods. The basis for the study was the fundamental provisions for the development of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions and their impact on the processes of improving the regulatory framework for the modernization of productive forces in rural areas. To achieve this goal, general scientific methods and modern research were used: the method of systems analysis, mathematical and statistical, and socio-economic forecasting. Research results. Research has shown that budget decentralization has significantly affected the level of development of rural areas, and modern agricultural formation does not receive motivational sources to strengthen its economic base. The introduction of a spatial development strategy through the strengthening of the financial base of rural territorial communities allows moving to the functioning of rural areas on a sustainable basis. Scientific novelty. The essence of transformation processes is revealed, and theoretical and methodological bases of institutionalization of transition from budgetary to financial decentralization for the acceleration of development of rural territories through comprehensive support of modern agroformations are developed. Practical significance. The study results can be taken into account in improving the processes of decentralization of rural management through the concentration of financial resources in priority areas of sustainable development.
