Methods for assessing the development of subjects of agrarian entrepreneurship

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the legitimacy of the use of specific methods for assessing the development of subjects of agricultural entrepreneurship. Research methods. The methodological basis of the study is the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. To achieve this goal, general scientific methods were used: empirical research (measurement, comparison), theoretical research (analysis, synthesis); as well as local methods: situation analysis (computational and constructive method), cybernetic modelling; search current forecast by extrapolation methods. Research results. The essence of assessing the level of development of agricultural entrepreneurship reflects the evaluation of the activities of entities associated with the optimal use of resources specific to the agricultural sector, economic (profit) and social performance. Among the methods of assessing the development and adaptation of agricultural enterprises to the market, the implementation of economic and mathematical modelling is recognized as the most effective. Scientific novelty. Emphasis is placed on the disclosure of its model for assessing the development and adaptation of agricultural entrepreneurship to the market and the main components of the cost forecast for state support programs for the development of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector 2022-2023. Practical significance. The methodological approach can be used as a basis in the system of analysis and forecast of indicators of agricultural entrepreneurship by the statistical reporting of agricultural entrepreneurship and indicators of socio-economic status of the country.
