Formation of the state support program for agricultural enterprises of Ukraine considering the world experience

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of a process of forming of the state support program for agricultural enterprises taking into account foreign experience. Research methods. In the research process the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis (in the research process of components of state support of agrarian enterprises); monographic method (for analysis of scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the problems of formation of the state support program for agricultural enterprises); comparative analysis (for determination of the experience of EU member states and Ukraine on state support for agriculture); abstract and logical (for theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions and proposals). Research results. The state regulation in agriculture of Ukraine, as well as the world experience in this field were investigated. Distribution of state funding in support of agricultural production was analysed. Directions of state support of the agrarian sector of Ukraine were distinguished. Elements of scientific novelty. The issues of improving formation of the state support program for agricultural producers were further developed, as well as the experience of foreign countries on this field was methodically presented. Practical significance. Prospects for further development of the agricultural sector, which is one of the most important in the Ukrainian economy, were characterized, and the world experience of forming the state support programs for agricultural enterprises was examined.
