Formation of internal economic mechanism for development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises

The purpose of the article is to form elements of an internal economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises development aimed at solving production and economic problems of their functioning. Research methods. In the research process were used the following scientific methods: the analogy and systematization for further evaluating development mechanism of agricultural enterprises; the induction and deduction for considering a theoretical basis for influence of internal and external environment on agricultural enterprises; the abstract and logical method for identifying the most significant concepts and substantiating conclusions. Methodological basis of the research is the systematic method of knowledge for processes of influence of external and internal factors on agricultural enterprises’ activity. Research results. Internal economic mechanism for development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises was considered. Essence of the mechanism of agricultural enterprises functioning was analysed taking into account an influence of internal and external environment. Elements of scientific novelty. Theoretical positions regarding use by agricultural enterprises the internal economic mechanism of their development for ensuring influence of internal and external environment were further developed. Practical significance. Expediency for introducing the internal economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises using elements of development management, formed under an influence of the internal and external environment, was justified. The mechanism includes strategic and tactic management elements of maintenance, monitoring of results, analysis of received indicators, and ensuring further development. Figs.: 1. Refs.: 14.
