Mechanism of foreign economic activity on the market of spiked cereals seeds

The purpose of the article is to investigate the mechanism of foreign economic activity in the market of spiked cereals seeds in scientific institutions of the NAAS system and to determine additional economic benefits from the seeds export. Research methods. In the research process the following methods were used: monographic for comprehensive in-depth study of issues of foreign economic activity; comparative analysis for research on the effectiveness of seeds implementation in Ukraine and abroad; calculation for determining costs for conducting foreign trade activities; abstract and logical for generalization and formulation conclusions. Research results. There was made a brief description of the world seeds market, with definition of the total turnover of seeds in monetary terms, and the main countries of buyers and sellers on the market of spiked cereals seeds were highlighted. Ukraine's export and import volumes of spiked cereals seeds and the country’s place in the respective international market were determined. Analysis of the main provisions of the international contract for the supply of seeds abroad was carried out. A complete list of documents required for seeds export was determined. Detailed procedure for passing stages of document preparation for the implementation of export operations with spiked cereals seeds was considered and financial costs for each of the stage were calculated. Price comparison for seeds sales in Ukraine and abroad was conducted. Growth rate of additional profits in seeds sales in Moldova for different crops and reproductions was determined. Elements of scientific novelty. The experience of the Nosivka Selection and Research Station of the V.M. Remeslo on access to international markets of spiked cereals seeds was revealed. The actual income received by the institution for the seeds sale in Ukraine and abroad was calculated. Practical significance. The experience of the Nosivka SRS showed practical step-by-step actions on document preparation for the seeds export.
