Unresolved issues of financial provision of the agrarian sector of the state economy

The purpose of the article is to outline the existing problem of financial support of agricultural enterprises, regulation of legislative provision for effective and targeted state registration of agricultural enterprises. Research methods. In the research process were used the following scientific methods: the empirical method for comprehensive assessment of current state of financial provision of the agriculture; the method of analysis for identifying the main problems and objectives of financial support of agricultural enterprises; abstract and logical for theoretical generalization and conclusions regarding improvement of financial support of the industry. Research results. The main features of financial support of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine were highlighted. Interrelation and interdependence of socio-economic situation with development of the agrarian sector were shown, and the main factors influencing development of the agrarian sector were substantiated. The main principles of investment activity and formation of favourable investment climate for the Ukrainian agrarian sector were described. Elements of scientific novelty. Real and potential possibility of development of the agrarian sector of the economy was determined. Reasons for low and unstable financial security and negative consequences for unstable and inconsistent policies of the agrarian sector of the economy for economic entities were revealed. Practical significance. The basic specificity and necessity of financial support of agricultural enterprises for development of this sector in Ukraine were grounded. It was also substantiated the main approaches to improving and enhancing investment attractiveness of the agrarian sector of the economy in Ukraine. Refs.: 22.
