Information resources in the providing sales of small-scale production

The purpose of the article is to substantiate possibility of supporting small-scale producers through the use of information technologies to ensure sales of manufactured products. Research methodology. General scientific methods were applied. The theoretical and methodological basis for the study of information resource formation has become the dialectical method and Ukrainian scientists’ works. In the research process the following scientific methods have been used: economic and statistical for determining the dynamics of households’ share of production and its productivity; monographic survey of information sites; comparative analysis for systemizing available theoretical material and practical experience for using information technologies in Ukraine and abroad; abstract-logical for theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions. Research results. The structure of total resources of rural households, households’ share of production in the gross output structure, as well as productivity of households’ manufacture were investigated. The necessity of support for small-scale farms was substantiated by a probable risk of reducing their production and lower income level of rural population compared with urban residents. Formation process of the Centres for Provision of Administrative Services (CPAS) in Ukraine were studied. Conceptual thesis for the CPAS creation of the united territorial communities (UTC) as an integrated office were supported and supplemented. Expediency of using their network for formation of necessary small-scale database manufacturers was indicated. Structure of information sites and position about the department were analysed. It was revealed that they could serve as a basis for information resources in the process of infrastructure forming in order to support small businesses, providing sales of small-scale producers. Elements of scientific novelty. Use of information network of the CPAS for information base formation, which will contain proposals concerning the existing agricultural products of small-scale producers, certain types of seasonal work and contact information were proposed. Also, this network can be used to form cluster structures. Upon the creation of an information base, it was proposed to involve Heads of UTC. Practical significance. Necessity for orientation of government and local self-government authorities on practical actions for creating an information base was determined. It will provide engagement of small-scale producers in the organized market and assistance to unemployed in job search. Tabl.: 3. Refs.: 30.
