Institutionalization of family farms in social and economic environment

The purpose of the article is to justify the scientific and organizational principles of institutionalization of family farms in social and economic environment. Research methodology. In the research process have been used common scientific and special economic methods such as: abstract and logical, induction and deduction. Research results. The scientific-organizational and practical principles of development of family farms have been revealed. The issues of economic and legal (institutional) provision of their development have been highlighted, with the outline of the prospects for their institutionalization. The estimation of solving problems of formation of cooperative structures has been given. It has been determined that the key mechanism for the establishment and development of family farms is agricultural service cooperatives, which, in turn, loses any meaning due to the absence of family farms. Such interconnectivity of these two institutes requires considerable efforts in two areas at the same time, and also resource provision, without which such activity is meaningless. First of all, it is about state expenditures for agriculture, which should be reoriented in support of these two institutions. Elements of scientific novelty. The directions of formation of normative and legal principles of development of family farms have been carried out and substantiated. Practical significance. The obtained results will contribute to the development of legal and regulatory framework for the formation of family farms, employment of rural population, rural development as a whole. Figs.: 2.
