Development of raw material base of dairy product subcomplex of AIC of Ukraine

The purpose of the article is to establish the ways and stages of ensuring the development of the dairy product subcomplex in terms of dynamic changes and market transformations. Research methodology. In the research process have been used such methods as: graphical methods for determining dynamics, analysis and synthesis for determination of ways and establishment of stages of development of dairy cattle in dynamics, index method for determining the influence factors on development of the raw material base of dairy product subcomplex. Research results. There have been determined periods of extensive and intensive development of dairy cattle breeding, states of recession and stagnation, stages of progressive and regressive development with the outline of intensification prospects of scientific-technological and innovative development of the raw material base of the dairy product subcomplex. Elements of scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the article lies in grounded theoretical positions of the development of economic systems in terms of technological, socio-economic transformations and adaptation expectations, quantitative and qualitative changes in dairy cattle breeding, determination of ways and stages in development of the raw material base of the dairy product subcomplex. Practical significance. The considered theoretical and methodological positions can be a benchmark for the transition of the dairy industry to a higher technological level, which will further promote the progressive development of the raw material base of the dairy product subcomplex.
