Methodical approaches to evaluation of the management strategy of enterprise personnel

The purpose of the article is to define theoretical and methodological principles of evaluation of the management strategy of personnel and introduce system of its criteria and indicators. Research methodology. In the research process the following methods have been used: dialectic, analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction (with a refinement of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of the research), system analysis (theoretical and methodological generalizations, determination of criteria, indicators and levels of evaluation of the management strategy of enterprise personnel). Research results. The necessity to evaluate the management strategy of personnel at the external and internal levels of enterprise has been substantiated. There have been generalized theoretical approaches to the definition of the management strategy of personnel, system of criteria and indicators to evaluate the management strategy of agrarian enterprises personnel. There have been considered the requirements of strategic management of human resources for a formation of aggregated base of competencies, which should meet the company’s needs in personnel of certain professional qualifications and personal characteristics. Elements of scientific novelty. As elements of novelty has been proposed an algorithm to evaluate the management strategy of personnel at the external and internal levels of enterprise with differentiation of the criteria of evaluation into subjective and objective, and indicators into direct and indirect (mediated). Practical significance. The proposed classification of criteria and indicators to evaluate the management strategy of enterprise personnel allows it to be comprehensively evaluated at the external and internal levels of enterprise. The obtained results are an important source of information for making decision on strategic management of personnel and enterprise as a whole. Figs.: 2. Refs.: 12.
