Abstract

In contrast to companies in developed market economies that follow the trend and go towards a comprehensive model of e-business, enterprises in our country are still in the early stage of its implementation. However, as the need for exchange of business transactions with companies from developed economies in the nearest future will become inevitable, the acceptance of these principles will not be only condition of growth and development, but also condition of technological and market survival of our company. In that sense, this paper treats the problems of technological and management aspects of transition from traditional business to ebusiness and managers have the opportunity to gain a clear idea of the changes that should be implemented, organizational and technological infrastructure that company can fit into the global Internet environment .
