Public Financing Sources in Technological Change

Abstract

Technological change presents a key factor of economic development and structural changes of market economies. According with this fact policy of overall support of technological progress is one of the most obvious way of contemporary macro management. Undisturbed financing of permanent increasing expenses of fundamental and applicable researches and development activities in market economies have become more important preconditions for their economic prosperity. At the same time this type of prosperity is also determinated by challenges and results of globalization process, during last fifteen years.
