Abstract

“South stream” gas line is an investment of the century for all those who believe in the brighter energy future. Niš and the citizens of South Serbia expect that the future of the entire Serbia will be achieved when the pipeline enters Dimitrovgrad, Gas power plant is built and Gas Center Niš is built. This route of the pipeline is completely economically justified. Estimates are based on facts that the project, above all else, is motivated by careful calculations and long-term predictions of energetic demand in Europe and in Serbia.
