Strategic Approach to the Development of E-Learning

Abstract

Early Learning at a distance back to the first half of the 19th century. However, in the age in which we live, it gradually affected all spheres of formal and informal education. The imperative of today is using of Internet in all areas of society. Some researchers believe that e-learning is a combination of quality and progressive educational achievements of technology. It is based on the principles of free learning, using computers in the educational programs and modern telecommunications. New Internet technologies enable using of various records that are combined in the multimedia content and present students. This paper provides a description of the development of technologies that accompanied this form of learning. The objective of the paper is to introduce the most important concepts of distance learning through new technologies to wider auditoriums.
