Abstract

In accordance with European legislation, legal decisions in recent years in Serbia and in practice, demonstrate a clear orientation to the authorities, particularly the Government of Serbia and relevant ministries, to create a modern and transparent legal framework for the introduction of a fully secure electronic services, which use Serbia will slowly introduce the family of European countries that actively support the business and ecologically very reasonable dematerialization of business. This paper will show that the strategic partnership of Post Serbia and Public Administration in developing new services most appropriate and productive model of the business association, both in terms of capital and the necessary technical, human and marketing resources, and in terms of speed of introducing new services to market in Serbia and other markets in the region.
