Abstract

Contemporary financial consulting represents the important form of the improvement of dealing with business transactions in practice not only in the domestic and international financial markets, but also on the markets of goods, services, and information. The demand for the financial consulting grows along with dinamic economic and social development. The main reasons for the use of consulting services are approximately the same in developed and the developing countries. Development of services of the financial consulting creates the opportunities for shortening the time of preparation or realisation of the concrete activities; providing the specialized knowedge and know-how; entering the new ideas and approaches in established practice; acquisition of the independents or the impartial evaluations and suggestions for the concrete financial activity.
