Abstract

Today the mexican agribusiness faces difficult times since has been subjected to changing environments, many of them due to the opening trade which increases pressure of market competitors forcing agribusiness to search alternatives to face globalization. Within the strategic management we found recent tools that identifies how improve business and increase its competitiveness, we suggest benchmarking implementation in agribusiness together with “UALAE” methodology grounded too in strategic management tools, they can identifies those practices who has enabled high performance in big business (without his nature) and even overcoming goals, working in efficiency of processes and times for national agribusiness and ensure permanence on market before new changes.
