Gestión De La Innovación Tecnológica En Pymes Agroindustriales Chihuahuenses

Abstract

This research, which was made within the category of a multiple case study, has as an objective to contribute to the understanding of the processes that explain the Management of Technological Innovation (MTI) in small and medium enterprises (SME's) with low investment in research and development (R&D), analyzing the internal and external variables that set out the process. Methodological approaches and susceptible concepts to be used were examined.An instrument that allowed the evaluation and learning of the variables details from MTI in SME`s from the lacto industrial area and from the national capital that have had outstanding efforts ending up in specific products that have been introduced into the market. The main innovations, management functions and the key factors of success that are necessary for their operation were detected through a visit to the plants. The results are presented by means of a narrative structure.
