Abstract

Technological development and innovation are related as a main entity of development and competitiveness of companies in the agricultural sector, where modern equipment and machinery have been created that involve information technologies for their use and management, and innovations in varieties have been obtained. of seeds that allow a greater production and resistance to pests allowing producers to benefit from the results in the yield of their production per hectare, reducing production costs and therefore improving their profits. The above allows producers to be more competitive in the market with the sale of their quality products, always looking to plant varieties of products where they can apply their innovations in technologies, which results in higher economic results. The development of technology in the municipality of Angostura, Sinaloa; it is observed that it has been on a smaller scale than other municipalities, that is why it is interesting to carry out this research to analyze the advances that have been made in innovation and technological development by the MSMEs of the Agricultural Sector; for this study, it was carried out under the qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research method, conducting interviews under the snowball technique; finding as results that the companies of the municipality if they have innovated in technologies, equipment and machinery, and have even participated in exhibitions and demonstrations the advances of technology, which has allowed them to apply in the short term new varieties of seeds, but this is not has seen in the development of companies.
