Abstract

As a response to the need of employment in the rural area, the creation of enterprises where raw material is transformed has been created. These are called nonagricultural considered to contribute to economic development; therefore to study this type on business is needed. Through the study of two cases which are directed by women, this paper describes how in the development of human and productive processes of agribusiness, the creation of knowledge nets are involved. It is also stated that the growth of this business has given response to the creation of self-employment and jobs to whom made an effort to progress with their families, taking the opportunity of natural resources and preserving the cultural roots that distinguish their communities.
