Considerações Sobre O Desenvolvimento Da Agricultura Brasileira E A Inflação

Abstract

O presente trabalho, visa estabelecer algumas considerações sobre os tópicos citados abaixo, na tentativa de relacioná-los, sempre que possível, à inflação e ao problema de distribuição de renda, bem como fazer algumas considerações sobre os problemas institucionais. Mais especificamente, a análise cobrirá os seguintes tópicos: (1) problemas institucionais; (2) formulação de política econômica, que inclui aspectos de curto, médio e longo prazos e que tem efeitos diretos e indiretos na agricultura; (3) políticas destinadas a influenciar o comércio e os padrões de comércio, tais como políticas de exportação e de abastecimento do mercado interno; (4) políticas destinadas a aumentar o crescimento e o desenvolvimento, tais como políticas relacionadas às empresas de larga escala e às empresas comerciais familiares, expansão de fronteira , aumento da produtividade. Naturalmente, não se pretende neste estudo esgotar todos os mecanismos de análise relevantes no complexo sistema de desenvolvimento agrícola, mas somente expor as ideias centrais consideradas de maior relevância neste processo, relacionadas aos tópicos descritos acima.
