Abstract

This study aimed to apply the Project Development Guidance Guide (GODP) to the practice of producing content for career guidance. To this end, a descriptive, mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) applied research was conducted, through which, by interconnecting bibliographic research and action research, it was possible to develop videos for the YouTube platform. Initially, studies were carried out on companies associated with a university laboratory, and subsequently, the information obtained was cross-referenced with the characteristics of the students who made up the academic environment. Later, proposals and information were created for the construction of content on the professions of "product designer" and agile project manager. The results indicated that the GODP, applied to the project practice of digital content production, helped in understanding the job market and the main characteristics of two professional profiles that stand out in the field of information technology. It was concluded, therefore, that using the aforementioned practice allowed for the acquisition of relevant information that facilitates the development of future professionals.
