Abstract

The aim of the article was to evaluate the level of liquidity for horticultural farms in the context of changes in the international markets. The analysis involved 2013 and was carried out on the basis of FADN data. It is a continuation of earlier studies. There were calculated liquidity ratios, the structure of assets and capital. Volume of reserves, production, income and debt were also characterized. Impact of market changes on the condition of enterprises was confirmed. It has been shown that there is still too much fragmentation of production in Poland achieved at relatively low production effects. / Synopsis. Obliczono wskaźniki płynności finansowej, struktury majątku i kapitału. Scharakteryzowano wielkość zasobów, produkcji, dochodu i zadłużenia. Potwierdzono wpływ zmian zachodzących na rynku na kondycję przedsiębiorstw. Wykazano ciągle zbyt duże rozdrobnienie produkcji w Polsce przy osiąganych stosunkowo niskich efektach produkcyjnych.
