Zróżnicowanie regionalne cen ziemi rolniczej w Polsce i w Niemczech

Abstract

The aim of the paper was to assess the changes and differences in the level of agricultural land prices in Poland and Germany by regions. The analysis covered the years 2000-2013. It was proved that there are large disparities in prices of agricultural land between Polish and German regions, as well as between eastern and western regions of Germany. However, in the analyzed period these differences decreased (especially between Poland and Germany), primarily due to an increase in agricultural land prices in Poland. A similar phenomenon was observed between German regions. It shows a slow convergence in agricultural land prices in the eastern and western regions of Germany. / Synopsis. Celem artykułu było zbadanie zmian i zróżnicowania poziomu cen ziemi rolniczej w Polsce i w Niemczech, w ujęciu regionalnym w latach 2000-2013. Badania wykazały, że istnieją znaczne dysproporcje w cenie ziemi rolniczej pomiędzy regionami polskimi i niemieckimi, a także pomiędzy krajami związkowymi w części wschodniej i zachodniej Niemiec. Jednak w badanym okresie doszło do zmniejszenia tych różnic, zwłaszcza w ujęciu Polska-Niemcy, przede wszystkim na skutek wzrostu cen ziemi rolniczej w Polsce. Podobne zjawisko zaobserwowano pomiędzy regionami niemieckimi, co świadczy o powolnej konwergencji cen ziemi rolniczej w części wschodniej do poziomu cen ziemi rolniczej w zachodnich regionach Niemiec.
