Abstract

A complex theoretical description of the phenomenon of violation of intellectual property is provided. The article is also presenting results of an empirical research of this phenomenon among the young staff members in the Faculty of Economics and Organization of Food Economy in Agricultural Academy in Stettin. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono kompleksowa teoretyczną analizę zjawiska naruszania własności intelektualnej przez młodych pracowników naukowych Wydziału Ekonomiki i Organizacji Gospodarki Żywnościowej Akademii Rolniczej w Szczecinie. W opracowaniu zaprezentowano także wybrane wyniki badań dotyczących wspomnianego zagadnienia.
