Produkcja wołowiny w Polsce na tle krajów Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

The meat sector in Poland is the biggest one in the Polish food economy. A foremost place in the red meat branch, after pork production, occupies the beef production. The paper presents an analysis of the cattle production in Poland on the background of other European Union countries in 2005. Relative concentration was used for the estimation of the degree of irregularity of stock, production and slaughter of cattle distribution among the European Union countries. The short-term point and interval forecasts of stock, production and slaughter of cattle in Poland in 2006-2008 were prepared. / Synopsis. Produkcja i przetwórstwo mięsa czerwonego w Polsce stanowi największy dział polskiej gospodarki żywnościowej. Ważne miejsce w sektorze mięsa czerwonego w Polsce, po produkcji żywca wieprzowego, zajmuje produkcja wołowiny. W pracy przedstawiono analizę produkcji wołowiny w Polsce na tle krajów Unii Europejskiej w 2005 roku. Określono stopień koncentracji względnej pogłowia, produkcji i uboju bydła w Unii Europejskiej. Ponadto zbudowano krótkoterminowe, punktowe i przedziałowe prognozy pogłowia, produkcji i uboju bydła w Polsce w latach 2006-2008.
