Produkcja i eksport przetworów z owoców i warzyw w Polsce

Abstract

The aim of his paper was to present changes in the amount and structure of fruit and vegetable processing industry production and export in Poland, in years 1993-2005. Both the production of processed vegetables and processed fruit has increased in the analyzed period. About 62% of the processed fruit was exported and in case of the processed vegetables it was about 46%. / Synopsis. Celem pracy było przedstawienie zmian w wielkości i strukturze produkcji oraz eksportu przetworów z owoców i warzyw w Polsce w latach 1993-2005. W analizowanym okresie zwiększyła się zarówno wielkość produkcji przetworów z owoców jak i z warzyw. Do rozwoju przetwórstwa owocowo-warzywnego w Polsce przyczynił się niewątpliwie eksport, którego udział w produkcji przetworów owocowych sięgał 62%, a przetworów warzywnych 46%.
