Characteristics determining a market value of an agricultural real estate with use of Multiple Correspondence Analysis

Abstract

The paper consider a problem of identify a variables affecting market value of agricultural real estate. Furthermore, in the paper was discussed a problem of identify a homogenous group of agricultural real estate. The purpose of this paper is to determine the possibilities of using of the Multiple Correspondence Analysis in terms of agriculture real estate. This method has a special relevance in situations with a lack of information, large numbers of possible variables, unknown market and a limited number of transactions, as is often in the case with agricultural real estate.
