Znaczenie zarządzania identyfikowalnością wyrobów spożywczych dla konsumentów – badania i analiza

Abstract

The study undertaken to clarify the issue of product traceability and present the results of their research in this field, carried out on a group of consumers in 2013. In the theoretical part of the article, cited a number of legal acts specifying issue traceability of the product and gives examples of the functioning of the traceability process on a global scale. In the practical part of the article, using charts and table, shows the quantitative results of tests and was taken to attempt to analyze them, finally presenting a summary conclusions. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu podjęto się wyjaśnienia problematyki identyfikowalności wyrobów spożywczych oraz przedstawienia wyników badania własnego z tego zakresu, przeprowadzonego na grupie konsumentów w 2013r. W części teoretycznej artykułu, powołano się na szereg aktów prawnych precyzujących zagadnienie możliwości odtworzenia historii wyrobu oraz podano przykłady funkcjonowania procesu identyfikowalności w skali globalnej. W praktycznej części artykułu, za pomocą wykresów oraz tabeli, przedstawiono ilościowe wyniki badań i podjęto się próby ich analizy, przedstawiając podsumowujące wnioskowanie.
