Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the current state and changes in the human capital level of individual farmers who live in the Masovian voivodeship and to determine certain relations between the human capital level represented by farmers and the economic results of their farms. The paper presents the results of empirical research which was based on a survey and an analysis of data derived from account books of hundred individual farmers. / Synopis. Celem niniejszej pracy jest rozpoznanie stanu i zmian w poziomie kapitału ludzkiego użytkowników indywidualnych gospodarstw rolnych z województwa mazowieckiego oraz ukazanie zależności pomiędzy poziomem kapitału ludzkiego rolników a wynikami ekonomicznymi kierowanych przez nich gospodarstw.
