Abstract

Foreign trade between Yaroslavl region and Poland is characterized by a monostructure of both exports and imports, with the volume of Russian exports exceeding that of imports. The volume of exports to Poland is characterized by a steady growth. The low volume of imports shows potential economic opportunities for both countries, mainly in the food sector. Russia’s accession to the WTO will enable the extension of the scale of foreign trade by including agricultural products. / Synopsis. Handel zagraniczny między regionem jarosławskim a Polską charakteryzuje monostruktura, zarówno eksportu jak i importu oraz duża przewaga rosyjskiego eksportu nad importem. Wartość eksportu do Polski charakteryzuje się stabilną dynamiką wzrostu, natomiast niski udział importu świadczy o istnieniu niezrealizowanych możliwości we wzajemnych stosunkach gospodarczych. Możliwości te dotyczą przede wszystkim artykułów żywnościowych. Wstąpienie Rosji do WTO pozwoli na rozwój skali handlu zagranicznego o artykuły z sektora rolniczego.
