Wpływ akcesji Polski do UE na jakość handlową wybranych grup artykułów żywnościowych

Abstract

The article presents conclusions concerning the influence of Poland’s accession to the EU structures on the quality of selected food product groups. The analysis used the results of inspections conducted by the Provincial Food Quality Inspection in Cracow during the post-accession period. The detailed assessment focused on such product groups as honey, consumption eggs, fish and fishery products, dairy products, red meat and meat products. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono wnioski dotyczące wpływu przystąpienia Polski do struktur europejskich w odniesieniu do jakości wybranych grup produktów spożywczych. W analizie wykorzystano wyniki kontroli dokonanych przez Wojewódzki Inspektorat Jakości Handlowej Artykułów Rolno-Spożywczych w Krakowie w okresie poakcesyjnym. Szczegółowej ocenie poddano takie grupy produktów jak miód pszczeli, jaja konsumpcyjne, ryby i ich przetwory, wyroby mleczne i mięso czerwone wraz z jego przetworami.
