Szanse i bariery funkcjonowania rolniczych grup producenckich w opinii członków Lubawskiej Spółdzielni Producentów Trzody „LUB-TUCZ”

Abstract

The aim of the paper was the recognize the main chances and the barriers of functioning of producer groups, based on the example of the Lubawa cooperative pig breeders producer group ‘Lub- Tucz’, located in the Lubawa commune. A group of pig breeders was surveyed. The survey was conducted in November and December 2009 among 25 owners of farms, belonging to a producer group, chosen at random. In survey, the method of interview with standardised questionnaire was used. The organization of common sale of products as well as purchase of production assets was the main task of the producer groups. The answer to the following question: what internal and the external factors influence the functioning of a producer group of manufacturers of food raw material was searched for. / Synopsis. Celem pracy było poznanie głównych szans i barier funkcjonowania grup producenckich, na przykładzie Lubawskiej Spółdzielni Producentów Trzody „LUB-TUCZ”, działającej na obszarze gminy Lubawa. Podmiotem badań była grupa producentów surowców żywnościowych. Badania były przeprowadzone na przełomie listopada i grudnia 2009 wśród 25 losowo dobranych właścicieli gospodarstw rolnych, należących do grupy producenckiej. W przeprowadzonych badaniach wykorzystano metodę wywiadu z użyciem standaryzowanego kwestionariusza. Wspólna organizacja sprzedaży produktów oraz zakupów środków do produkcji jest głównym zadaniem grupy producenckiej. W analizie próbowano odpowiedzieć na pytanie, jakie wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne czynniki wpływają na funkcjonowanie grup producentów surowców żywnościowych.
