Wpływ zatrudnienia na rentowność i bezpieczeństwo finansowe wybranych spółdzielni mleczarskich w Polsce

Abstract

A survey concerned 41 dairy cooperatives in four years (2002-2005). This paper identifies and examines an impact of employment on profitability and financial safety of dairy cooperatives. The survey showed that employment positively influenced mainly the levels of return on sales, assets, own capital and employment. / Synopsis. Badaniami objęto 41 spółdzielni mleczarskich w okresie czterech lat (2002-2005). Celem pracy jest określenie wpływu zatrudnienia na rentowność i bezpieczeństwo finansowe spółdzielni mleczarskich. Badania wykazały, że zatrudnienie miało pozytywny wpływ głównie na poziomy rentowności sprzedaży, majątku, kapitału własnego i zatrudnienia.
