Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie cen ziemi rolniczej na poziomie województw w Polsce

Abstract

Changes of land prices in years 2004 through 2009 are presented. The aim of this article was to study the relations between the location of farm and the land price. The scope of the study includes 16 voivodeships of Poland. The study applies to farms with area of 50 hectare and more. Moran coefficients were used in the statistical analysis. / Synopsis. W pracy przedstawiono zmiany cen gruntów rolnych na poziomie województw w okresie od 2004 do 2009 roku. Przedstawiono również zmiany w koncentracji ziemi rolniczej na przykładzie gospodarstw powyżej 50 ha. Celem pracy było zbadanie wpływu cen w województwach sąsiadujących na cenę gruntów rolnych w danym województwie i prezentacja zmian cen gruntów w Polsce. W pracy wykorzystano współczynniki przestrzenne Morana.
