Abstract

In recent years, the possibility of increasing production of legumes, whose area of cultivation has decreased, is being considered. It has been influenced by the yield variability which adversely affected the profitability of these plants cultivation. This paper attempts to assess the risk in production of selected legumes. The analysis shows that the income risk in legumes cultivation is high. To a large extent it is determined by the production risk (yield variability). / Synopsis.
