Czynniki decydujące o konkurencyjności produkcji wybranych olejów roślinnych na świecie

Abstract

The paper discusses selected aspects of vegetable oils production competitiveness in a global context. Three major vegetable oils (palm, soybean, rapeseed) were analyzed. Their raw material was discussed in the terms of crop yield, oil and meal content as well as meal and oil yields. The levels of production and use of vegetable oils were characterized. The duality of the oil raw materials production was discussed. The production costs of oil raw materials in different regions of the world were presented. / Synopsis. W opracowaniu przedstawiono wybrane elementy dotyczące konkurencyjności produkcji olejów roślinnych. Analizie poddano trzy główne oleje roślinne: palmowy, sojowy i rzepakowy. Dokonano charakterystyki surowców oleistych pod względem plonu, zawartości oleju i śruty oraz uzysku oleju i śruty w przeliczeniu na jednostkę powierzchni. Scharakteryzowano poziom produkcji i wykorzystania olejów roślinnych. Omówiono dualizm produkcji surowców oleistych. Przedstawiono koszty produkcji surowców oleistych w różnych regionach świata.
