Abstract

The main aim of the study was an analysis of changes which will have taken place by 2015 in the labour market in Siedlce district according to the employers opinion. The research was conducted in 2009 in randomly selected enterprises with different level of employment. In conclusion, it is noticed that the most of offered jobs in this labour market will be for employees involved in services, including personal services as well as services for the business sector (e.g. banking and insurance). It requires an increase in the present supply of professionals in this part of economy, especially by training vocational school leavers capable to perform the new kind of services. / Synopsis.
