Abstract

Investment outlays for environmental protection are closely related to the system of public finance. Research investment for environmental protection in Poland was initiated only in 1970’s. Until now, information system investment outlays on environmental protection in Poland and Europe are still under construction. Despite annual increases, spending has not reached the desired level which was determined during negotiations for Polish entry to the European Union in 2004. / Synopsis.
